**About the Program**
Dive into the heart of Mottu's infrastructure.
In this role, you will directly support the operation and evolution of branch infrastructure, serving as a key piece to ensure units operate within defined standards — with efficiency, organization, and quality in maintenance and operational support services.
Your mission will be to ensure branches are always ready to operate — with well-managed suppliers, up-to-date maintenance, resolved service requests, and implemented standards.

### **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage unit infrastructure, focusing on building maintenance, suppliers, and technical procurement.
* Support the management of third-party companies (maintenance, cleaning, construction, and technical services), ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage branch maintenance service requests, ensuring proper prioritization, SLA-compliant resolution, and accurate documentation of actions taken.
* Identify recurring failures and propose structural and process improvements aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
* Support procurement processes for facilities-related materials and services, ensuring correct technical specifications and order tracking.
* Implement head office–defined standards and projects across branches, ensuring alignment between strategy and local execution.
* Build, monitor, and analyze infrastructure KPIs (maintenance, service requests, suppliers, and costs), proposing data-driven actions.
* Serve as the branch focal point for infrastructure-related matters, ensuring operational continuity.
* Collaborate with partner areas (operations, occupational safety, finance) to enable technical and operational solutions.
* Create and maintain controls (dashboards, reports, spreadsheets) to provide visibility, organization, and governance to the area.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives for Facilities and Infrastructure processes.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, Facilities, Logistics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in building maintenance, Facilities, or third-party service management.
* Experience with technical procurement processes and supplier management.
* Analytical ability and familiarity with costs and metrics (Excel / Power BI).
* Organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills across diverse departments.
* Practical, operational, and adaptable profile suited to dynamic environments.
* Resilience and ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands.
* Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and results orientation.
* Availability for on-site work at branches.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in Facilities, Infrastructure, or building maintenance.
* Experience with physical standardization of units (layout, infrastructure, and technical adaptations).
* Knowledge of contract and supplier management.
* Experience developing reports, dashboards, or operational controls.
* Participation in continuous improvement or unit expansion projects.
