**Required:** Completed vocational high school education in IT, OR completed standard high school education plus relevant work experience.
**Desirable:** Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Network and Security, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Provide technical support to users: Deliver first-level support to users of information systems via any communication channel — including email, telephone, in-person interaction, or support software — to resolve technical and functional issues arising from system usage; perform initial analysis of reported issues, handle those within one’s scope of competence, or escalate to management for appropriate action; guide support departments; consult technical documentation; consult alternative information sources; simulate problems in a controlled environment; manage all support cases according to requirements defined and approved by IT Management, tracking each case from solution proposal approval through to closure, interacting with technicians/analysts whenever necessary; User training: Consult bibliographic references; prepare curriculum content, instructional materials, and evaluation tools for training; determine audio-visual, hardware, and software resources; configure the training environment; deliver training.
Responsible for the integrity of the company’s IT assets (including, but not limited to, time clocks, data collectors, surveillance cameras, printers, industrial and administrative automation systems): Responsible for assembling, repairing, configuring, installing, maintaining, preserving, and upgrading (upgrade) IT equipment and systems of various scales to optimize business activities and processes. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment and licenses.
Assist in the development of information systems: Assist in analyzing business rules related to system objectives and scope; estimating system requirements and functionalities; gathering data; forecasting system growth rate; defining physical implementation alternatives; specifying system architecture; assist in selecting development tools; program specification; system testing; defining hardware, software, and network infrastructure; system implementation;
Application of new technologies: Assist in the validation of new implementations and/or corrections made to the system, ensuring delivery meets the specified requirements; Prepare documentation containing instructions for using newly implemented system features to facilitate user adoption; Support users in utilizing systems deployed across the company through continuous contact with operational units, ensuring proper functioning of available features;
Maintain data and traffic security: Responsible for information security, assisting in establishing usability policies for information systems; ensuring backups and security copies are secure and well protected; implementing barriers against potential intrusions or data leaks. Ensure secure and smooth flow of all company-related information. Administer and control access to the computer network and associated equipment, supporting the definition of security access groups, configuration of access permissions to stored data, guaranteeing correct user access; maintain data security by granting and revoking access as requested by managers;
