Requirements: * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in industrial painting, bodywork, or surface preparation is desirable. * Basic knowledge of using sanders and hand tools is a plus. * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to learn and develop\-self in the field of industrial painting.
