Job Summary: Technical professional with experience in disassembly, assembly, maintenance, and repair of rotating machinery, focused on failure analysis and functionality assurance. Ability to read technical drawings and perform tests. * Disassembly and assembly of DC motors, generators, slip-ring motors, and medium-voltage motors. * Technical education in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or manufacturing of rotating machinery, DC motors, generators, and medium-voltage motors. * Expertise and experience in failure analysis and expert assessment techniques for rotors, shafts, bearings, radial and vertical bearings. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, technical manuals, and standards. * Availability to work shifts and travel if required. * Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments. * Conduct analysis, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical and electrical failures. * Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Perform pre- and post-assembly tests to ensure functionality and safety. * Collaborate with the team to improve processes and products.
