Industrial Maintenance Coordinator

Description

**Responsibilities** * Supervise maintenance activities and mechanical and boiler-making projects in an industrial plant; * Plan and monitor maintenance and project schedules; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Manage a team of technicians and mechanics, guiding and developing the team's competencies; * Provide technical support for failure analysis and propose solutions to improve equipment reliability; * Prepare technical reports and monitor maintenance budgets; * Participate in continuous improvement and industrial process optimization projects. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields**; * Prior experience as an **industrial maintenance supervisor, coordinator, or foreman**; * Experience executing projects in PPU; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics; * Proficiency in performance indicator management and maintenance tools (TPM, 5S, Kaizen, etc.); * Intermediate Office suite skills; **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Results-oriented mindset and decision-making ability; * Organization and planning skills; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Proactivity and sense of urgency.
