As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for receiving and guiding visitors and employees, creating a safe, welcoming, and organized environment. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to everyone’s well-being, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor access of people (employees or visitors), carriers, and vehicles to company premises, arranging registration and identification thereof. * Control visitor access to the company, managing distribution of access badges and directing individuals to their desired departments. * Conduct visual inspections of employees to prevent product theft. * Support basic food basket distribution, assisting in process organization and control. * Propose improvements to processes within your area of operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** * Prior experience in this role will be an advantage; Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and collaboration of hands that, at every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
