Your role will be critical in fostering a zero-loss culture, process standardization, and technical development of the team, always aligned with Mars’ quality, safety, and environmental policies. You will lead continuous improvement projects, optimize production processes, and promote behaviors that drive sustainable results and innovation across the factory. **Your Responsibilities?** =========================== * Ensure timely closure of KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, energy consumption, and on-time delivery, supporting quality management, loss control, and process management. * Lead continuous improvement projects (PDCA, SMED, TP, Kaizen, 5S), VL agenda, and SSIP initiatives, proposing improvements to processes, methods, and equipment. * Serve as an influential member of MSE, promoting zero-loss behaviors, standardization, and associate capability building, while also disseminating problem-solving knowledge. * Analyze and control production and inventory costs, calculate IRR and MCC for projects, develop and manage cost routings, and support testing activities in collaboration with R&D, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and maintenance teams. **You?** ========= * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * 4+ years of experience in similar roles within an industrial environment, with proven expertise in process improvement and KPI management. * Advanced knowledge of Lean methodologies (Ishikawa, PDCA, TP, SMED, Kaizen). * Green Belt certification required. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is required and will be assessed during the hiring process.
