Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, our company relies fundamentally on the housekeeper’s role in this process. **Responsibilities:** \- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness and spatial organization; \- Change bed linens and bath towels, guaranteeing availability of quality items for guests; \- Restock amenities and complimentary items in guest rooms, consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail; \- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including surface disinfection and replenishment of cleaning supplies; \- Maintain inventory of required materials and equipment for task execution, reporting any replenishment needs to the supervisor; \- Provide courteous and professional guest service, resolving requests directly or escalating them to the appropriate department. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience as a hotel housekeeper, demonstrating knowledge of relevant duties and routines; \- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate applications; \- Strong verbal communication skills to ensure effective interaction with guests and colleagues; \- Organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards in assigned tasks; \- Flexibility in working hours, as hotel operations require availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
