Schedule: **6x1 (Monday to Saturday) \- 07:00\-15:20** Salary: R$ 2404.68 \+ 20% Hazard Pay \= **2728.88** Benefits: VA: R$151.00, VT, VR R$21.00 per day, Premium basket worth R$315.00 credited to VA, VA R$151.00, Life Insurance, SMART 200 SP ENF (Employee 0%, Dependents 100%) Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate the hospital cleaning team, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and according to established standards; * Plan and organize cleaning activities, assigning tasks based on operational needs; * Monitor and control the use of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and maintenance; * Train and qualify the cleaning team to improve hospital cleaning techniques; * Conduct periodic inspections to assess service quality and propose improvements when necessary; * Maintain client relationships, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Hospital Cleaning Supervisor; * Knowledge of hospital cleaning techniques and appropriate use of cleaning materials and equipment; * Team management skills, promoting teamwork and service excellence; * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, handling emergency situations arising in the hospital environment; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by client demand.
