Focus on quality, hygiene, and cost control. **Head Chef** **Working Hours:** Tuesday: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Wednesday: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Thursday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Friday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Saturday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Sunday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Days off: Monday + 1 Sunday per month) **Salary:** R$ 4.000,00 to R$ 5.000,00 **Benefits:** * Meals provided at work (lunch and dinner) * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher **Responsibilities:** * Plan, supervise, and coordinate all kitchen operations. * Lead, train, and motivate the team (sous chef, cooks, and assistants). * Prepare and finish dishes according to technical sheets and house standards. * Manage inventory, orders, and waste control. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good practice regulations (ANVISA). * Participate in developing new dishes and menu suggestions. * Develop and standardize technical sheets to ensure optimal quality and cost. * Guarantee the gastronomic standards of Grupo La Macelleria across all services. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in an à la carte restaurant. * Proficiency in preparation, cooking, and finishing techniques. * Ability to manage teams and control operational costs. * Organization, discipline, and focus on quality and presentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Gastronomy. * Experience operating combi ovens. * Experience managing KPIs (COGS, productivity, technical sheets). **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT (permanent contract) – Position of trust Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (permanent contract) Compensation: R$4.000,00 – R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Have you worked in an à la carte restaurant? * Do you have easy access to the Lourdes neighborhood – Belo Horizonte?
