Job Summary: The Guest Relations representative will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and well-being, providing information, and coordinating personalized services to deliver a memorable experience. Create a memorable experience Hotel Laghetto Stilo São Paulo, part of the traditional Laghetto Hotels chain from Serra Gaúcha, located in the Paraíso neighborhood, is hiring for the position of Guest Relations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and well\-being throughout their stay. Duties include welcoming and assisting guests, providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area, resolving issues, coordinating personalized services, and creating a memorable experience.
