We are hiring a dedicated and agile Griddle Assistant to join our team. See below for important details: Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and grilling of meats, hamburgers, and other foods on the griddle. Assemble sandwiches and dishes according to the established menu. Follow house instructions and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Assist in controlling and restocking ingredient inventory. Prepare side dishes and other menu items as needed. Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines. Perform other related tasks as requested by the Griddle Cook. Requirements: Previous kitchen experience or as a griddle assistant is valued. Attention to detail and ability to work quickly. Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques. Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to cleanliness and organization.
