Job Summary: Experienced grader operator skilled in earthmoving, soil leveling, interpretation of topographic drawings, and maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring safety and quality. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Equipment #### **Responsibilities** * Operate graders and other heavy equipment for soil leveling and earthmoving. * Read and interpret topographic drawings, plans, and technical specifications to execute cuts and fills. * Perform finishing, grading, and compaction of surfaces, ensuring compliance with specified elevations and profiles. * Inspect and adjust equipment, performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal operation. * Monitor terrain and weather conditions, adapting leveling techniques to optimize productivity and work quality. * Collaborate with surveying and engineering teams, reporting project progress and any technical challenges. * Ensure operational safety by adhering to established standards and procedures. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) operating graders on earthmoving and paving projects. * Valid driver's license category D or E, with EAR (Remunerated Activity Endorsement). * Knowledge of reading and interpreting topographic drawings, contour lines, and benchmark references (RN). * Experience with leveling control systems (GPS, laser, or sonic) is a plus. * Knowledge of basic heavy equipment maintenance (oil, coolant, tire checks). * Ability to work in a team and strictly follow safety instructions. #### **Skills** * Grader Operation * Reading of Topographic Drawings * Terrain Leveling * Earthmoving * Basic Equipment Maintenance * Cuts and Fills * Soil Compaction * Leveling Systems (GPS/Laser) * Operational Safety ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
