




Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for coordinating and supervising teams, ensuring workplace organization and guaranteeing the completion of tasks and daily routines, as well as managing materials and inventory. Inventory management and material distribution **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Ensure workplace organization and proper use of available resources; * Coordinate, supervise, and guide operational teams to ensure completion of tasks and daily routines; * Control and monitor employees’ working hours, including timekeeping, shift scheduling, and attendance; * Receive, inspect, control, and distribute consumables and cleaning supplies; * Maintain inventory control, requesting replenishments whenever necessary; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational procedures, and occupational safety rules; * Serve as the liaison between operational teams and management, conveying instructions and information; * Prepare activity, material, and team monitoring reports; * Support management in resolving administrative and operational contract-related issues. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in any field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Experience with electronic/manual timekeeping systems; * Knowledge of receiving, controlling, and managing inventories of consumables and cleaning supplies; * Leadership, organizational, and proactive profile; * Planning ability, routine control, and team management skills; knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Ability to prepare reports and internal controls; * Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
