Building maintenance and gardening **Job Mission** Carry out operational activities for conservation, light maintenance, and infrastructure support, contributing to the organization, functionality, and safety of the company’s internal and external environments. **Main Responsibilities** * **Building Maintenance:** Perform low-complexity minor repairs, basic corrective painting tasks, and assist with plumbing and electrical service requests. * **Gardening and External Areas:** Conduct simple pruning, garden cleaning, leaf removal, and maintain aesthetic order in common areas. * **Operational Support:** Assist in moving materials and equipment, supervise third-party services, and support technical cleaning activities. * **Control and Safety:** Maintain tools in good condition, report maintenance/material needs, and strictly comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. * **Travel:** Travel between company units to perform assigned tasks, driving the company vehicle when required. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in building maintenance, conservation, or general services. * Basic knowledge of painting, minor repairs, and gardening. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Desired Competencies** * Proactivity and operational agility. * Organization and adherence to processes. * Responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team. * Good communication skills.
