RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production process: food pre-preparation, preparation, and processing; plate assembly; hygiene and manual cutting; operation of equipment (peeler, food processor, deli slicer, thermal counters, freezers, refrigerators, mixers, and manual chopper); prepare coffee; wash pots, utensils, and cutlery; clean and sanitize workstations (floors, walls), equipment, distribution tables and counters, among others; dispose of solid and liquid waste according to regulations; remove solid waste from workstations; assist in meal, coffee, juice, and snack distribution; serve at counters (ramp) and other food service areas; collaborate with the company in complying with internal occupational accident prevention standards; perform and/or ensure all quality monitoring activities are carried out; ensure adherence to service schedules and delivery deadlines; maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, as well as proper storage and control of tools, instruments, and equipment; comply with occupational health and safety guidelines.
