Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring hygiene and maintenance of spaces, and supporting internal operations. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas. 2. Responsible for hygiene and organization across various areas. 3. Supports operational tasks and ensures workplace safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing/disinfecting floors, walls, windows, doors, and furniture * Clean and maintain organized restrooms, cafeterias, offices, hallways, staircases, and common areas * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, alcohol, etc.) as needed * Collect, sort, and dispose of general and recyclable waste according to company regulations * Sanitize trash bins and keep disposal points clean and organized * Prepare and dilute cleaning products according to instructions and safety standards * Monitor usage and request replenishment of cleaning supplies and equipment * Properly operate equipment such as brooms, mops, wet-dry vacuums, vacuum cleaners, and floor buffers (when required) * Assist in organizing spaces for meetings, events, or internal activities * Clean outdoor areas, such as courtyards, sidewalks, parking lots, and gardens (where applicable) * Support minor operational tasks, such as transporting materials, simple inventory organization, and assisting other departments * Report any irregularities, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the supervisor * Strictly adhere to hygiene, occupational safety, and PPE usage regulations * Maintain cleaning equipment and the work environment Compensation: R$1.600,00 - R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
