Commitment to safety and assets * **Requirements** Completed high school education; Proficiency in using applications; Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Experience as a gate agent; Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills; Proactive and dynamic profile; * **Job Responsibilities:** Performs duties related to controlling the entry and exit of people and vehicles at the company. Works in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, hygiene, and health standards. * Ensure registration of all individuals not employed by the dealership upon entry and archive these records for potential investigations; * Prohibit entry of unauthorized individuals; * Enforce strict control over vehicle entry and exit through the following measures: only the truck driver may enter the premises inside the vehicle; all bays must be fully opened and inspected by the gate agent; assistants may only enter the premises via pedestrian access; all Route and Pull vehicles must be registered in the MPD Promax system; * Ensure accurate and timely registration of Route and Pull vehicle entries and exits in the MPD Promax system, as well as recording merchandise returns; * Record all incidents in the gate logbook; * Safeguard the safety of people and assets; * Receive and monitor movement of individuals in both open-access and restricted areas; * Perform related duties as requested by superiors.
