Enhancement of knowledge in the field of gardening We are looking for a Gardening Assistant to work at a hotel, assisting in the conservation and maintenance of green areas and outdoor spaces. We seek professionals who are committed, organized, and physically fit, enjoy teamwork, and contribute to a pleasant and well-maintained environment. * Assist in planting seedlings, seeds, and flowers according to given instructions. * Perform pruning of plants, shrubs, and trees, applying appropriate techniques for each species. * Assist in soil fertilization, ensuring proper plant nutrition. * Carry out appropriate plant irrigation, avoiding waste and ensuring plant health. * Assist in pest and disease control by identifying symptoms and following supervisor instructions. * Clean and maintain used gardening tools. * Learn about plant species, their characteristics, and specific requirements. * Collaborate in the general organization and maintenance of green areas, keeping them clean and attractive. * Follow safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance gardening knowledge.
