Job Summary: A gardening professional responsible for the maintenance and conservation of green areas, focusing on planting, pruning, and guiding visitors. Key Highlights: 1. Irrigation monitoring and lawn mowing **Main Responsibilities:** * Support for institutional initiatives and events related to gardening * Guidance to visitors on composting practices and organic waste management * Monitoring of irrigation systems, especially in sports fields * Lawn mowing and maintenance using specialized equipment * Participation in planting, replanting, and soil nutrition (fertilization) of trees and plants * Demarcation of sports areas when necessary * Collection and proper disposal of vegetative waste * Maintenance of cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of tools and machinery * Compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and environmental guidelines * General maintenance of green areas, including irrigation and pruning **Expected Profile:** * Organized individual, attentive to details, and committed to schedules * Proactive attitude and continuous learning interest * Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team * Availability to work on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays and holidays **Desired Knowledge:** * Practical experience or familiarity with tools and equipment used in gardening * Strong interpersonal communication skills **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: Up to R$2.600,00 per month Work Location: On-site
