If you are dynamic, driven, and eager to contribute to our company’s growth, join RTT! **We have an opportunity for a Fully Qualified Welder** Perform welding services on metallic structures according to technical drawings. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding on metal parts and structures in accordance with technical drawing specifications and operational procedures. * Execute welds using MIG, MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc (SMAW) processes, ensuring joint integrity and strength. * Prepare surfaces and materials for welding, including cutting, beveling, and fitting metal parts. * Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with required standards. * Conduct strength and finish tests, identifying and correcting potential welding defects. * Collaborate with the boiler-making team to ensure alignment and precision during assembly. * Strictly adhere to safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established procedures. * Operate a reach truck or gas-powered forklift, if required, for handling raw materials and finished products, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. * Maintain organization and proper upkeep of welding tools and equipment. * Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting adjustments and optimizations when necessary. * Carry out assigned duties with awareness of, and commitment to, continuous improvement of processes and full application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: Education: Completed high school with formal welding training Experience: Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience as a welder ### **THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE IN:** Atibaia \- SP ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive salary and benefits **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION ALSO OPEN TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Join RTT — become part of the fastest-growing team in Brazil!** **Apply now!**
