Job Summary: Perform restocking, organize merchandise, operate equipment, and ensure excellent customer service to maintain stock availability. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support **Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock location in aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with all safety rules and procedures to ensure continuous stock availability for customers; * Replace labels and create signage and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" procedure, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf front; * Operate equipment required for merchandise handling in the section, such as forklifts, lifting platforms, and ladders, always adhering to all safety rules as outlined in the provided manual and operating only with proper authorization; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or other items obstruct or impede customer circulation in the section’s aisles, thereby preventing possible accidents; * Remain attentive to cashiers’ requests and provide support whenever necessary to ensure fast customer service; * Respond courteously, attentively, and willingly when approached by customers, facilitating sales through high-quality service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four scenarios (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school; * Experience operating lifting platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
