Job Summary: Folding Machine Operator responsible for preparing, adjusting, operating, and maintaining folding machines to ensure quality and safety in the graphic finishing department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and adjust the folding machine according to specifications 2. Perform adjustment tests and quality control 3. Carry out minor preventive and corrective maintenance * **Prepare, adjust, and operate the folding machine**, in accordance with the specifications of each job; * Perform **folds according to technical standards and production samples**; * Conduct **adjustment tests and quality control** during the process; * **Interpret production orders and technical drawings**, identifying the type of fold and required finishing; * Perform **minor preventive and corrective maintenance** on the equipment; * Ensure **organization, cleanliness, and safety** in the finishing department; * Support other stages of the graphic production process when necessary. Prior experience in the graphic industry and with Sthal folding machines, full-sheet and half-sheet models is required.
