Flash Engenharia is a company specialized in civil engineering and construction services. It provides innovative and efficient solutions for infrastructure and building projects. **Responsibilities:** Perform tax audits of incoming invoices by cross-checking document data against purchase orders and received goods. Verify and validate correct tax classification of products, including NCM, tax rates, and CSTs for ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS. Support physical goods receipt processes jointly with the gatehouse team. Ensure fiscal documents comply with current tax legislation. Post invoices in the Protheus (TOTVS) system. Report tax discrepancies and assist in correcting documents with suppliers and the procurement department. Support accounting and tax teams with organizing and submitting relevant documentation. Previous experience as a Tax Assistant, Tax Analyst, Accounting Assistant, or Tax Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position.
