We are looking for a **Mid-level Financial Control / FP\&A Analyst** with an **analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile**, capable of connecting financial data to business performance. You will be responsible for **analyzing and projecting financial results**, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting management in **strategic decision-making**. This position is ideal for someone who masters operational tasks but wants to work with **managerial insight and financial planning**. **Responsibilities** * Consolidate, analyze, and report financial information (revenues, expenses, margins, and cash flow); * Develop and monitor **budget, forecast, and variance analyses (actual vs. planned)**; * Monitor and interpret key metrics such as **EBITDA, cash conversion cycle, and profitability**; * Support the **development of financial models and scenario simulations**; * Develop and improve **management dashboards (Power BI / Advanced Excel)**; * Identify opportunities for **cost reduction and efficiency improvement**; * Participate in the **monthly financial closing process**, ensuring data integrity and consistency with accounting; * Collaborate with business areas to translate financial information into strategic insights. **Requirements** * Degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * **Advanced Excel skills** (including Power Query, analytical formulas, and automations); * Knowledge of **Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools**; * Previous experience in **FP\&A, Controllership, or Financial Planning**; * Solid understanding of **managerial accounting, income statement (P&L), and cash flow**; * Experience with **financial ERP systems** (Omie); * Familiarity with Notion, Power Automate, and AI tools is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical thinking and critical vision; * Ability to identify root causes and propose solutions (not just report numbers); * Strong communication and clarity in presenting results; * Autonomy and ownership mindset; * Organized with attention to deadlines; * Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
