If you are **proactive, analytical, and seeking professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment**, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support payment, bill, invoice, and bank receipt entries and verification; * Perform bank reconciliations and statement controls; * Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Support the issuance and organization of tax documents and financial reports; * Monitor and record daily cash flow, assisting in analyzing inflows and outflows; * Support the preparation of accounting, financial, and budgetary reports; * Collaborate with other administrative departments on process improvement projects and initiatives; * Support the management team with financial information for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in finance, accounting, or administration; * Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Completed high school education – ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields are considered an advantage. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Meal allowance: R$ 20.00 Free public transport pass (comprising 8 trips per day) or fuel allowance: R$ 180.00 Health and dental insurance ️ Life insurance Birthday day off Baby kit for newborn children of employees ️ ️ Gympass * ️ Pass support Tuition assistance plan “Live Well” program Twygo platform with free courses and certificates Birthday gifts and celebrations for employees
