Come be Valestrá! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform pre\-billing activities and verify financial information; * Support control and registration of invoices, bank slips, and financial documents; * Review contracts, purchase orders, and information for billing release; * Monitor payments, deadlines, and operational workflow with internal departments; * Update spreadsheets, internal controls, and systems; * Contact clients and suppliers for operational and financial alignment; * Assist in organizing operational administrative documents and processes; * Support preparation of departmental reports and metrics; * Ensure process compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Undergraduate studies in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields are considered a plus; * Prior experience in administrative, financial, or pre\-billing routines; * Knowledge of issuing/verifying invoices and financial controls; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems; * Background in administrative and financial operations; * Knowledge of billing and cash flow management. **Additional information** * Market\-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * TotalPass; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Childcare assistance.
