Preparation of management reports and dashboards **Position: Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable** Work Location: Franco da Rocha Region – SP Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 4.000,00 * Food basket * On-site meal * Transportation allowance or parking **Requirements** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in the field **Responsibilities:** * Analyze financial data and bank transactions * Prepare and monitor actual, projected, and D-1 cash flow * Perform financial reconciliations (bank, receivables, billing, credit cards, marketplaces, or customers, as applicable to the business) * Monitor delinquency, average collection periods, and financial indicators * Support financial and budgetary planning by tracking variances and deviations * Prepare management reports and dashboards for executive leadership/management * Analyze costs, margins, profitability, and financial performance * Support financial negotiations with customers, suppliers, or financial institutions (analysis only, not operational execution) * Ensure quality and consistency of financial information in systems and internal controls * Suggest improvements to financial processes, controls, and indicators.
