There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.**Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities:** Revenue/Margin Management and Control: * Responsible for all financial matters related to the project after the sales phase, from the contract signing date (or purchase order acceptance) through project closure/commissioning. * Maintain full awareness of all financial movements related to revenue, margin, and cash. Ensure these data are consistent, approved, and regularly reconciled in ERP systems. * Ensure a holistic view of consolidated project portfolio finances, understanding and recording movements with appropriate justifications. * Define, jointly with the operational team, the revenue recognition plan based on the revenue recognition policy (ASC606) and cost data provided by relevant departments; consolidate, validate, and monitor the plan to ensure consistent recognition of consolidated revenue. * Ensure accurate foreign exchange coverage throughout the project lifecycle through exchange rate reviews. * Review, control, and monitor actual and committed cost movements, requesting corrections when necessary. * Provide all necessary financial support to project managers. * Build strong relationships and maintain continuous communication flows with all project managers to ensure shared, consistent, and timely reporting of working assumptions. * Ensure application of policies such as ASC606, CMR (Contract Margin Review), and maintain documented processes to support audits. * Ensure all financial processes, instructions, and controls—including DoA (Delegation of Authority)—are implemented, robust, and compliant. * Execute month-end/quarter-end/year-end accounting close in accordance with the official Finance/Headquarter calendar. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in finance, particularly focused on project costing or controllership; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
