Job Summary: This professional will analyze financial results, prepare management reports, monitor financial performance, and identify process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Financial results analysis and management reporting. 2. Financial performance and KPI monitoring. 3. Process improvement identification and internal department coordination. **Responsibilities** * Analyze financial results and variances; * Prepare and monitor management reports; * Monitor financial performance and KPIs; * Analyze accounting and management income statements (DRE); * Identify process improvements; * Coordinate with internal departments and invested companies. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis; * Intermediate Excel skills. **Working Hours** **08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday**
