We seek an experienced professional with strong technical competence, on-site leadership capabilities, and robust execution skills to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects under their responsibility. The company offers **reimbursed return trips to the employee’s hometown every 90 days**, recognizing and valuing work-life balance. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise on-site construction execution, ensuring quality and safety; * Manage teams and suppliers, controlling schedules and productivity; * Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and targets; * Perform quantity surveys, material control, and cost management; * Prepare technical reports and daily site logs; * Support interface with clients and corporate engineering teams. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Proven experience in **bank, shopping mall, or commercial building projects**; * Hands-on experience in **construction execution, inspection, and control**; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation; * Willingness to **reside in Palmital/PR** (with family return trips reimbursed by the company every 90 days). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in projects requiring high technical standards; * Knowledge of schedule management and construction performance indicators; * Leadership profile and autonomy on-site. **Employment Type:** **Independent Contractor (PJ) – On-site – Palmital/PR
