An industrial services company is seeking a Facility Security Coordinator in Parauapebas (Cidade Nova). Plangecon is a company specialized in economic planning and consulting. We provide strategic solutions for resource optimization and sustainable development. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate security team activities (in-house and outsourced). Develop and implement facility security policies, standards, and procedures. Supervise and monitor security services including surveillance, access control, patrols, CCTV, and alarm systems. Plan and execute strategies to prevent theft, trespassing, sabotage, and other risks. Control access of personnel, vehicles, and materials to company premises. Manage contingency and emergency response plans. Analyze incident reports and propose corrective and preventive actions. Support internal and external audits and inspections. Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the security area. Train and qualify staff on security and emergency procedures.
