Implementation of process and company standard improvements **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise and ensure excellence in the execution of general services; Monitor daily operational demands; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas, safeguarding proper functionality; Manage work schedules, attendance, and team performance; Manage material, equipment, and uniform requests, ensuring timely and appropriate replenishment; Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. **Requirements:** Proven experience in general services, cleaning, or facilities management, preferably in large-scale developments or high-traffic environments; Ability to manage teams and lead supervisors; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and colleagues; Organizational skills, proactivity, and decision-making ability; Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); Willingness to work on-site and comply with work schedules as required. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) Meal allowance, Basic food basket, Company car, Gym pass, Corporate University
