We offer software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Administer, supervise, and coordinate the daily operations of the property. Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers. Prepare and control budgets, as well as conduct procurement and quotations. Ensure overall condominium security, guaranteeing compliance with regulations. Eliminate unsafe conditions and manage maintenance and security teams.
