




Job Summary: Support extractor feeding efficiency by performing adjustments, monitoring, and eliminating losses to optimize juice and by-product yield. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in equipment adjustment and maintenance Mission Support extractor feeding efficiency through equipment adjustments (spreader, sizer, feedbelt), collaboration with JBT mechanics, observation and elimination of fruit cutting points and juice loss, aiming for optimal utilization of available resources to increase juice and by-product yields. Your Responsibilities • Assist in adjusting equipment (spreader, sizer, feedbelt) according to the number of machines and fruit size. • Support performance analysis of extractors through production line monitoring and pomace analysis, as well as addressing potential juice losses during extraction—such as fruit cutting and crushing points—and potential by-product losses caused by spray ring filter or bagacilho nozzle clogging. • Perform cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the area and equipment according to procedures. • Request machine and equipment maintenance when anomalies occur, by contacting the maintenance department. • Assist in maintenance activities during the off-season period when required and qualified. • Carry out all operations as described in standards and procedures, complying with Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, and Environmental requirements.
