Here, speaking well is not enough — you must engage, read the room, and guide people confidently, lightly, and rhythmically. Key responsibilities: Lead group dynamics and immersive experiences with diverse audiences; Explain rules and guide participants clearly and engagingly; Maintain the pace of the experience, managing time and group energy; Adapt communication according to participant profiles; Handle unexpected situations flexibly and swiftly; Ensure a memorable experience from start to finish. What we seek (profile): Clear, confident, and charismatic communication; Ease in public speaking (even with large groups); Improvisation and environmental awareness skills; Natural leadership posture (without authoritarianism); High energy and enthusiasm; On-site process organization and control. Preferred qualifications: Experience in events, theater, recreation, training, or sales. Prior experience working with audiences or leading groups. Dynamic, creative, and resilient profile. Important (to avoid mismatch): This position is not a traditional operational role. We seek someone who enjoys people, constant interaction, and being "on stage." If you prefer more technical tasks without direct public contact, this position is likely not the best fit.
