Focus on luxury hospitality and high-level maintenance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service provider – legal entity Lead and supervise the entire domestic staff team at a high-end residence (housekeepers, laundry staff, kitchen staff, driver, gardener, and third-party personnel). Plan work schedules, days off, and coverage arrangements; promote continuous training and performance evaluations. Implement and maintain operational routines, checklists, and room-specific schedules. Control costs, inventory, and procurement; obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers. Ensure luxury hospitality and etiquette: table setting, ambiance preparation, guest reception, and home preparation for events or guest stays. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate service providers, and ensure property preservation and safety. Utilize technological tools for domestic and organizational management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields. Experience in Hotel Housekeeping or Residential Housekeeping. An organized, ethical, and discreet professional.
