Collaborate with equipment operators and network teams to ensure safety Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Position Objective Install, assemble, maintain, and dismantle trench and excavation shoring systems to ensure soil stability and team safety during sanitation construction projects. Main Responsibilities Assemble and install trench shoring systems (metal, wood, or modular systems); Ensure excavation stability according to depth, soil type, and site conditions; Adjust, reinforce, and remove shoring as work fronts advance; Work collaboratively with machinery operators and network teams; Inspect safety conditions before teams access trenches; Identify potential collapse hazards and immediately report them to supervision; Maintain shoring materials and equipment in good condition; Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations (especially NR 18 and NR 33\); Assist in signage and isolation of excavation areas; Support site organization and work front management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proven experience in trench shoring or similar activities; Practical knowledge of shoring assembly; Basic understanding of occupational safety; Experience with metallic shoring (e.g., trench shields); Physical fitness and aptitude for fieldwork. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher Breakfast Voucher Transportation Voucher / or Fuel Allowance Life Insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
