Participate in and lead strategic planning meetings with senior management. Design and execute strategic plans for high-complexity and high-value project and contract management. Monitor and control KPIs within your area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Prepare detailed reports on project and contract performance for senior leadership. Conduct in-depth financial analyses and ROI assessments, justifying resource allocations for projects and procurements, and proposing necessary adjustments. Identify growth and portfolio diversification opportunities among clients, exploring new segments and markets. Contribute to preparing technical proposals for projects and contracts alongside company leadership, ensuring all aspects are mapped to guarantee project feasibility and profitability. Facilitate and guide team work, ensuring team members receive appropriate training and perform their tasks correctly. Review and validate technical reports prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and quality of presented information. Facilitate communication between the team and other departments, promoting effective project integration. Lead the planning of all macro- and micro-level project activities and data, ensuring appropriate techniques are applied per established procedures and collected data is reliable. Identify and report any potential deviations or non-conformities observed in projects to the Project Manager. Defend the company's interests in operational and contractual disputes in projects you lead. Drive digitalization in project and contract management by exploring innovative solutions. Manage the process of obtaining and renewing licenses and audits, ensuring adherence to pre-established procedures. Manage complex negotiations, resolving technical and operational conflicts and challenges. Organize internal training sessions for your team to enhance technical knowledge and practical skills. Stay updated on emerging technologies, methodologies, and regulations in the field, introducing innovations as needed. Implement modern project and contract management tools and systems to optimize execution. Represent the organization at national and international events, reinforcing its market leadership. Conduct periodic team meetings to review progress, define priorities, and resolve conflicts and issues. Conduct post-project analysis to capture lessons learned for future initiatives. Identify and manage significant risks, formulating contingency strategies. Communicate clearly and effectively on project status to all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies. Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to projects and operations, supporting the Project Management team on internal matters and client-facing issues. Coordinate the development and implementation of incident and accident response plans, leading efforts and implementing preventive measures to avoid future incidents/accidents. Stay updated on legislative changes potentially impacting project execution, informing coordination and the team about required actions. Guide and develop projects with a results-oriented focus, emphasizing deadline compliance, budget control, customer satisfaction, and people management. Manage multidisciplinary teams, including project teams, field operations teams, and data analysis teams. Diagnose each team member's professional development needs. Recruit candidates aligned with the desired profile, participate in selection processes, conduct interviews and group dynamics, and ensure hires align with company culture. Identify talents, establish clear career paths, promote mentoring, and implement strategies to foster continuous professional growth of employees. Provide training and development opportunities aligned with the team’s professional development goals. Monitor each employee’s progress against their development plan and make necessary adjustments.
