We value initiative, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always prioritizing safety, quality, and deadlines—without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity; * Coordinate the production team, ensuring adherence to deadlines, targets, and quality standards; * Implement improvements in work methods and resource utilization to minimize costs and waste; * Monitor performance indicators and propose solutions to achieve established objectives; * Prepare technical reports and presentations, communicating analysis results and actions taken.
