Description

**Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in **Electrotechnology, Construction, or Hydraulics**; * Advanced knowledge in building maintenance and computer skills; * Proven experience in building maintenance — **preventive, corrective, and predictive**, including maintenance of external areas; * Successfully completed **NR10 Basic and Complementary** training. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, evaluate, and control building maintenance services; * Organize, assign, and supervise team activities; * Provide technical guidance to staff and ensure compliance with standards and procedures; * Conduct inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment using measurement instruments; * Monitor and guide preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying failures and defining solutions; * Request materials, parts, tools, and equipment required for operations; * Supervise proper use of uniforms, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Conduct training sessions and communicate safety regulations; * Implement accident prevention and risk mitigation measures for the building; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Additional Benefit:** * Hazard allowance Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$3\.192,39 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
