This includes a thorough understanding of components involved—such as cameras, cables, and alarm devices—and how they operate in an integrated manner. The ability to identify and resolve technical issues is a critical aspect for effective performance in this role. This includes diagnosing equipment failures, repairing damaged cables, replacing defective components, and resolving connectivity issues. In addition to technical knowledge, basic computer skills are required.
