Functional testing and visual inspection **We are hiring** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assemble electronic components on the production line. * Solder PCBs (PTH and/or SMD). * Conduct functional tests on PCBs and equipment. * Perform visual inspection and rework when necessary. * Organize the workstation in accordance with quality and safety standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Good motor coordination and attention to detail. * Commitment, punctuality, and proactivity. * Willingness to learn. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Welding certification or IPC-A-610 training will be considered an advantage. * Completed or currently pursuing technical education in related fields. * Prior experience in electronics-sector companies. * Experience in electronic production (assembly or soldering). **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance (paid in cash). * Meal allowance (paid in cash).
