If you are an organized person, detail-oriented, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in periodic meetings with your coordinator, aiming to receive information on results, strategies, and guidelines; * Seek internal and/or external alternatives to the company to correct machine problems; * Assist in executing contingency plans for critical machines (spare parts and/or backup alternatives); * Coordinate with your supervisor the timing and strategies to carry out corrective, scheduled, predictive maintenance, instrument calibration, and repairs, always using a sense of urgency and safety; * Develop small-scale improvements together with specialists to eliminate chronic issues; * Use your labor and material resources to reduce machine downtime (Dow Time); * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks and ensure that scheduled shutdowns are executed with quality and within the established time; * Suggest alternative suppliers; Use problem-solving techniques (brainstorming, cause and effect, Pareto diagram, 5 steps, 5 whys) to identify root causes of complex and/or chronic problems; * Follow procedures and/or work instructions to ensure safety, quality, and good work outcomes; Use manuals of all techniques applied in maintenance and train your team and/or personnel who will operate them; * Suggest new improvement projects for machines and utilities; * Perform other related tasks as determined by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * MANDATORY: Completed technical education in Electro/Electronics (or equivalent); * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in progress; * Ability to work in a team and perform tasks with minimal supervision. **Additional information** * Competitive market salary; * Additional benefits such as: * Family medical and dental care; * On-site meal; * Life insurance; * Profit sharing; * Transportation allowance / Fuel voucher; * Opportunity to work in a growing company, with potential for learning and professional development.
