We are looking for an **Electrician** to join our **Infrastructure** team at the **Pecém** terminal. You will support the company’s electrical infrastructure maintenance activities, contributing to smooth operations and ensuring everyone’s safety. Join a team that keeps our company running at peak performance and helps move the global economy! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Assembly**: Analyze projects, layouts, and specifications to plan activities and assemble electrical panels/boards according to diagrams. * **Electrical Installation**: Install panels, boards, conduits, trunking, boxes, outlets, switches, conductors, and insulating materials, ensuring power distribution. * **Testing and Maintenance**: Perform functional tests and electrical measurements, identify faults, carry out repairs, and replace damaged components. * **Inspection and Preservation**: Conduct periodic inspections per the maintenance plan and ensure proper upkeep of equipment, materials, and the workplace. * **Management and Compliance**: Report material requirements, meet deadlines and established standards, and perform other related duties. * Perform other related duties as directed by management. **What talent are we seeking?** * **Education**: Completed high school. * **Experience**: Experience in operations involving basic tools, application of safety regulations, and safe handling practices for materials, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * **Driver’s License**: Category B. * **Mandatory Courses**: NR10 / SEP – NR35. * **Lean Mindset**: We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset—a naturally curious individual committed to solving problems at their root and motivated to make things better every day. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Responsibility and Safety Orientation**: Strictly adheres to safety and environmental norms, procedures, and best practices. * **Teamwork**: Collaborates effectively with colleagues and technicians, maintaining clear communication and focusing on collective results. * **Organization and Carefulness**: Keeps the workplace, tools, and equipment orderly and in good working condition. * **Proactivity and Attention to Detail**: Demonstrates initiative in tasks and executes activities with precision and technical quality.
