




Job Summary: Leads corrective and preventive maintenance operations on electrical installations and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with NR 10, while driving continuous improvements. Installation and maintenance of electrical and communication systems Leads corrective and preventive maintenance operations on panels, substations, machines, and equipment, assisted by a helper and tools, to ensure the proper operation of production lines and company facilities in accordance with NR 10\. Develops mechanisms and improvements for the company's development and continuous improvement. 1\. Install conduits for electrical, telephone, and data communication cables; 2\. Install electrical and communication cables; 3\. Select cables and wires according to the gauge type specified in the project; 4\. Identify cables and connections; 5\. Measure available supply voltage at the site; 6\. Measure current per phase in electrical panels and verify phase balance; 7\. Balance low-voltage circuit loads; 8\. Perform work in compliance with the POP (Standard Operating Procedure); 9\. Schedule activities according to Work Orders, service orders, and repair orders. 10\. Estimate time required for maintenance, installation, and expansion; 11\. Specify safety equipment; 12\. Specify materials and tools; 13\. Perform work as described in the Work Order issued by the Maintenance Software, and finalize the Work Order with the executing employee's signature; 14\. Conduct daily verification of the Generator Set, UPS, pumps, and other critical equipment essential to company operations, recording results in the Work Order or specific spreadsheet for control purposes; 15\. Replace cables and wires; 16\. Replace insulators; 17\. Install protection (acrylic or similar) on exposed busbars in low-voltage distribution panels; 18\. Cable sizing, installation, and infrastructure adaptation, as well as adapting and improving electrical wiring in equipment, machines, and building and industrial infrastructure installations; 19\. Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on machines, equipment, control panels, instruments, motors, pumps, electrical devices, and pneumatic devices to diagnose faults using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation, including disassembly, recovery, reassembly, testing, and component replacement; 20\. High Voltage: Only for resetting the main circuit breaker at the electrical power supply entrance upon power restoration or under other circumstances; such tasks must not be performed individually but by two electricians. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48, with possible Saturday overtime.
