Job Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of electroelectronics; * Knowledge of NR 10, 12, 13, 33, and 35. * Propose adaptations and improvements, technical documentation structuring, operational procedures, and electrical maintenance; * Maintain control of maintenance requests and assign tasks to the team according to priorities; * Ensure team safety during activities in compliance with safety regulations; * Schedule production line shutdowns for maintenance execution; * Support planning of maintenance activities; * Develop risk analysis processes for facilities (JSA); * Lead safety dialogues with the maintenance team; * Supervise the team in calibration, adjustment, cleaning of process control instruments, and preventive and corrective maintenance; * Conduct technical training sessions for the team; * Monitor departmental performance indicators; * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the team. 2512130202201598015
