Key Responsibilities: ✔ Deliver practical and theoretical training to drivers ✔ Monitor operational performance in the field ✔ Develop safe and economical driving practices ✔ Support continuous improvement of the driver team ✔ Ensure standardization and compliance in fleet processes **Requirements:** **✔ Driver's license category D or E** **✔ Mandatory CFC (Certificate of Driving Instructor)** **✔ Experience as a professional driver** **✔ Leadership, coaching, and training orientation** Preferred Qualification: Knowledge and experience with yellow-line machinery / heavy equipment Job Details: Location: Vila Anastácio – São Paulo/SP 100% on-site | CLT employment Department: Fleet We seek a professional committed to safety, people development, and continuous improvement of operations.
