Focus on accurate delivery documentation and records **Job Description:** Cristalplex is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Driver Assistant to join our logistics team. The selected professional will be essential in ensuring that each piece of tempered glass is delivered correctly, on time, and in perfect condition. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Loading and Unloading:** Responsible for loading and unloading tempered glass pieces from the truck at customer facilities, handling\-them carefully to avoid damage. * **Securing the Load:** Tighten and secure the load in the vehicle to prevent movement that could cause damage during transit, and verify load security before departure. * **Driver Support:** Assist the driver with directions and navigation to delivery locations, and help manage time to ensure punctual deliveries. * **Documentation and Records:** Assist with required documentation for each delivery, including invoices and proof-of-delivery documents, and maintain accurate records of cargo condition before and after deliveries. * **Compliance with Standards:** Follow all company-established safety regulations and operational procedures, and participate in safety training as required. **Requirements:** + Availability to travel and stay overnight away from home when necessary + Meticulous attention to detail + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers + Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage
