We are looking for a **Driver's Assistant** to support cargo loading, unloading, and merchandise organization during deliveries. We seek a committed, agile, and physically fit individual. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience as an assistant, loader/unloader, or similar role (preferred) * Good physical fitness for operational tasks * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork * Availability to work on routes and trips as needed * Good communication skills for basic customer service during deliveries **Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver in loading and unloading merchandise * Verify products, quantities, and invoices upon request * Organize and secure cargo inside the vehicle according to safety instructions * Accompany the driver on delivery routes * Assist in basic vehicle inspection before and during the trip (e.g., load securing, cargo arrangement, locking mechanisms, etc.) * Ensure the safety of transported products * Support maintaining internal vehicle cleanliness and organization * Represent the company professionally during deliveries **R$2\.000,00 to R$2\.398,00** * Food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Company-provided transportation * Transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.398,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Profit sharing Work location: On-site
